Since being founded by Vince Rosati in 1969, The Rosati Group of Companies has been developing and constructing a wide variety of Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments from raw land to the finished product. We are continually evaluating raw land for its suitability to be converted into serviced land and its marketability once it is available for sale. We are fully qualified and equipped to handle all situations from re-zoning to minor variances, through to the final sales. With the assistance of our in-house engineering, legal, leasing and property management departments we can truly provide a one-stop package for any development. Residential Our Residential experience includes high-rise multi-unit apartment buildings, Condominiums, single-dwelling homes, duplex homes and development of residential sub-divisions. Although, we currently concentrate on subdivision developments and the sale of homesites, we have over the years received Ontario New Home Warranty Program's "Excellent Service Record" Awards for 11 consecutive years.
